Groove4 is more than a net and a mat.
Where most indoor golf simulators are built around the experience of playing virtual rounds, Groove4 is built around the experience of getting better. It is a TrackMan-powered indoor golf centre in Kelowna that measures what your golf ball and golf club are actually doing, so you can make better decisions on the course.
A standard simulator gives you a target and a ball flight on the wall. A TrackMan golf simulator bay gives you over 26 data points on every swing: carry distance, ball speed, spin rate, angle of attack, dynamic loft, face angle, and club path, measured by dual-radar launch monitor technology. If you think you carry a 7-iron 165 and TrackMan says 152, that gap costs you a club selection on a par 3 you were already nervous about. That is the kind of correction that matters.
Bay rental
Bay rental is $65 per hour and includes full access to the TrackMan golf simulator, with all ball and club data available on every shot. You can use the time for independent indoor golf practice, distance gapping, or playing virtual courses with your own targets and constraints.
Coached sessions — indoor golf lessons with PGA professionals
Coached sessions with PGA professionals Finlay Young or Ryan Stugis are available in the same TrackMan bays. These are structured indoor golf lessons that combine swing video, launch monitor data, and clear priorities for your practice time.

Why Pure Measurement Beats Estimation
TrackMan is the launch monitor used by PGA Tour players, instructors, and club fitters worldwide. Consumer-grade simulators estimate. TrackMan measures — full impact picture, ball flight, in real time.
Which club actually covers the downhill par 3 at Tower Ranch? How far do you carry a 6-iron into a Kelowna headwind? A number you can rely on is worth more than a number that tells you what you hoped to hear.
In a Groove4 bay, you see the launch window your ball lives in, the spin profile that keeps it there, and the club delivery that produced it. When those line up, your on-course decisions get sharper.
Putting is a scoring skill
Groove4 offers dedicated putting instruction alongside the TrackMan bays — not just full-swing work.
AimPoint teaches you to feel the slope under your feet, estimate the break, and match that read with a consistent start line and pace — the same method tour players use on firm, fast greens where guessing gets punished quickly.
On courses like Tower Ranch and The Harvest, a repeatable green-reading process shows up on your scorecard.
Sessions focus on how read, start direction, and speed work together — and how to bring your three-putt rate down before you get back to outdoor play.
